Remember how we removed that deck-to-hull fiberglass strip and rivets? The top edge of the hull takes a bit of a beating, so it makes sense to strengthen it as long as you’ve got everything apart. Here, you can see the glass strips that will be cut and installed along the inside top of the hull, as will be seen in subsequent pictures.
